Job summary

SME Careers, a subsidiary of SuperAnnotate AI, Inc., seeks a Kannada Language Specialist (SME) for remote hourly work reviewing AI-generated content and producing high-quality Kannada references. You will craft prompts, assess outputs for accuracy and tone, and provide precise feedback to improve model reliability across domains.

Ideal candidates have a Mathematics degree, native Kannada, strong English, and 3+ years in language-focused roles, with attention to detail and ability to work across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mathematics.
• Native or near-native Kannada proficiency (reading and writing).
• Strong professional proficiency in English (C1).
• 3+ years of language-focused work (writing, editing, localization, etc.).
• Deep understanding of Kannada grammar and style.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: create prompts and gold-standard Kannada answers across multiple domains.
• Optimize AI Performance: evaluate and rank AI outputs to improve fluency, correctness, tone match, and cultural appropriateness.
• Ensure Model Integrity: detect unsafe or misleading content, factual hallucinations, bias, and policy-risk language; validate reliability across use cases.
