This position, along with others, is responsible for supporting organizational strategic goals and objectives to improve performance in each of the aspirational goal categories. Support is provided by identifying opportunities for process improvement, managing and leading significant cross-departmental projects, and teaching, coaching, and mentoring individuals and project teams in improvement tools and methods such as Lean and Six Sigma.
