Job summary

You will plan, lead and sustain lean initiatives across plant operations, coaching teams to deploy standardized improvement methods and achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement lean manufacturing strategies to achieve global business goals.
• Lead/coordinate lean events (kaizen, value stream mapping, statistical problem solving).
• Provide leadership in continuous improvement to improve reliability, reduce changeover times, and prevent production losses.
• Coach operations teams on continuous improvement tools and processes, fostering a standard approach.
• Develop lean leadership within local operations to enable independent execution of lean activities.
• Transition project ownership to local teams and sustain results over time.
• Maintain cross-team relationships and communicate effectively about responsibilities.
