Qualifications

• Experience leading lean manufacturing projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive cost-saving improvements and reduce downtime.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; capable of interpreting control charts.
• Excellent communication across levels of the organization.
