Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a Production Manager to lead production and operations teams, directing personnel, resources, and activities to meet cost, quality, and production targets. This role will coordinate batch makers, filling operators, inspectors, machine operators, and supervisors across the plant.

You will enforce safety, manage production schedules, monitor inventory, and drive continuous improvement, while hiring, coaching, and developing staff to maintain a positive, productive work

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production, processing, distribution, and marketing activities.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and develop employees.
• Set and monitor product standards, examine samples of raw products or directing testing during processing.
• Enforce safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate and maintain production reports and personnel records.
