Sunstall Inc. is seeking to hire Sheet Metal Helper/Laborers to support skilled sheet metal workers in both shop and field settings. Responsibilities include assisting with the fabrication, assembly, and installation of sheet metal products while performing general labor tasks to keep projects running smoothly and safely.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and possess mechanical aptitude, strong teamwork skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Qualifications

• Previous construction, shop, or mechanical experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with measuring, cutting, bending, drilling, and assembling sheet metal parts.
• Support installation of ductwork, panels, and other sheet metal products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in both shop and job sites.

Key Responsibilities
