Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required; must have held citizenship for at least three years prior to application.
• Must obtain KT N within four to six weeks of employment.
• Must obtain SIDA badge within four to six weeks of employment.
• Must obtain STA for Airport Badge within four to six weeks of employment.
• Must have a valid US driver's license with a satisfactory driving record; REAL ID compliant or passport acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Screen cargo and search for threats per TSA rules.
• Operate X-Ray, physical search, and explosive trace detection as needed.
• Perform Junior Handler duties with a trained working dog.
• Maintain training records and canine housing/care requirements.
• Maintain security clearances and be able to operate a company vehicle during training.
• Work in variable environments including outdoor conditions and travel may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
