Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain KTn within 4–6 weeks.
• Must be able to obtain SIDA badge within 4–6 weeks.
• Must be able to obtain STA for Airport Badge within 4–6 weeks.
• Must have transportation to transport canine and crate with climate-controlled vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Participate in CCSP related training to search cargo and identify threats.
• Conduct duties related to X-Ray, physical search, and explosive trace detection as needed.
• Perform Junior Handler duties while commanding a trained working dog.
• Maintain training records and canine care and maintenance.
