Qualifications

• 3 years of security officer experience or 2 years in healthcare security or 1 year as a police/officer with accredited academy.

Responsibilities

• Secure patients, visitors and staff on Providence Alaska Medical Center campus.
• Operate and care for a police service dog as part of the security team.
• Respond to radio calls and support other security officers as needed.
• Maintain dog training and health; arrange veterinary visits when required.
• Prepare reports/logs of daily activities and maintain standards per policy.
