Job summary

Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services is hiring a Canine Training Specialist / K9 Officer in the Los Angeles area. You’ll deploy with a K9, conduct searches, and maintain training standards while coordinating with clients and management.

The role offers paid training, a company vehicle, and national travel as needed. A minimum of two years in military, law enforcement, or corrections is required, with a high school diploma and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Minimum of two years in military, law enforcement, or corrections.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic office tech.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and patrol with K9 at assigned work sites.
• Conduct routine and prescribed searches using the K9.
• Maintain K9 Team training standards and logs.
• Handle administrative duties including reports and vehicle logs.
• Develop and deliver K9 demonstrations to clients.
