You will deliver OT services aligned with IEPs, collaborate with teachers and families, and monitor progress while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to tailor therapy plans to individual students.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with staff, families, and students.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain thorough documentation.
• Collaborative team player who can work across classrooms, families, and health providers.
• Passion for supporting elementary learners’ development and academic progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K5 students in educational settings.
• Leverage school-based, home health, teletherapy, and healthcare OT approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to coordinate care.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain detailed records and reporting.
