Job summary

Soliant Health in Michigan is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in a contract role near Madison Heights. You will deliver direct and consultative OT services and collaborate with teachers and specialists.

Qualifications

Licensed OT with Michigan credentials.
Experience with K-12 in school setting preferred.
Knowledge of IEP development, goal setting, and progress documentation.
Excellent collaboration with teachers, families, staff.
Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs.
Strong scheduling across multiple school sites.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs.
Assess students’ functional abilities in the classroom and recommend modifications or strategies to enhance participation.
Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with special education staff, general educators, and parents to support student growth.
Maintain timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress notes.
Participate in team meetings and IEP reviews as a knowledgeable resource.
