Job summary

Alpha is hiring a full-time Youth Counselor to lead life-skills workshops for K-8 students on public speaking and focus. You will use Coachbot analytics to drive motivation and ensure weekly app goals are met, while guiding students through mastery checks and personalized coaching.

The role is on-site at one of Alpha's campuses across the U.S., including Oklahoma City and Tulsa, OK. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years with K-8 students are required, with relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject is required.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students (teaching, tutoring, coaching, camp leadership, or youth programs).
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts.
• Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment for each skill and re-coach as needed.
• Adapt workshop playbooks and create new sessions to land material for varied ages.
• Be the trusted adult who sets a high standard for students.
