Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience managing a caseload of students with unique needs and developing IEPs, plus facilitating IEP meetings.
• Maintaining EC documentation and processes in compliance with regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and students.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of students, collaborate with stakeholders to develop high-quality IEPs, and measure progress toward goals.
• Maintain EC files with timely annual reviews, progress reports, and reevaluations.
• Facilitate IEP meetings with families.
• Provide targeted small group or specialized instruction based on IEPs.
• Conduct frequent progress monitoring via assessments and data collection.
• Collaborate with EC, ML, related services, and general education teams to meet students' needs and implement accommodations/modifications.
