Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Philadelphia, PA to evaluate students’ physical needs and implement therapy plans within a school setting. You will deliver hands-on PT services, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ mobility and participation in school activities.

The role emphasizes developing IEP-aligned goals, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid PA state license to practice physical therapy.
• Experience working with children, especially in a school setting.
• Familiarity with developing and implementing therapy goals within IEPs for students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students' physical needs through assessments to identify mobility and functional challenges.
• Develop individualized therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and motor skills.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy services to enhance function and coordination.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to align supports with IEP goals.
• Document progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
