Job summary

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based PT preferred.
• Ability to manage a K-8 caseload across multiple campuses.
• Strong communication with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexibility and adaptability to serve various school environments.
• Proficiency in maintaining documentation and IEP participation.

Responsibilities

• Assess students and develop individualized PT plans.
• Deliver direct services and consultative support per IEP requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and families to promote engagement.
• Track student progress and maintain meticulous records per district/state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting.
• Provide staff training to carry over therapy recommendations.
