Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a Math Support Coach funded by the LIFT grant for the 2026-2027 school year at Burnet Middle School. The role focuses on coaching K-8 math teachers in implementing Bluebonnet Math and supporting teacher growth.

Responsibilities include collaborative goal setting with campus leadership, modeling instruction, and delivering PD at point of need, with both informal and formal development as requested.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners.
• Ability to interpret data for evaluating and enhancing instruction.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with teaching Bluebonnet Math curriculum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist assigned K-8 Math teachers in the classroom and during planning as they implement Bluebonnet Math curriculum.
• Establish measurable progress goals for student learning and teacher development with campus leadership.
• Support ongoing professional growth and improvement of teaching through coaching.
• Model and coach effective teaching strategies and provide feedback to teachers.
• Provide informal and formal professional development as needed by administration.
• Participate in Bluebonnet Math and LIFT trainings and other instructional coaching practices.
• Communicate clearly to engage adult learners.
