Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Student Learning Coach to lead high-energy life skills workshops for K-8 students at our Malibu, CA campus. You will coach individuals and small groups using Coachbot analytics to help every student meet ambitious weekly goals.

The role emphasizes communication, resilience, leadership, and ownership, with in-person coaching and data-driven improvement. A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience with K-8 students are required; relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students through teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy life skills workshops for K-8 students, developing communication, resilience, focus, leadership, and durable skills.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and motivation systems to help achieve weekly goals.
• Assess life skill mastery and provide targeted coaching until genuine competence is reached.
• Adapt coaching style across age groups and examine weekly performance data to improve outcomes.
