Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Guidance Counseling required.
• Wisconsin DPI License 7054 required or certifiable with an approved plan.
• Strong written and verbal communication with staff, parents, and students.
• Experience in Catholic education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with students and parents about progress and services.
• Support school mission, faith formation, and student well-being.
• Monitor student safety and behavior in school and activities.
• Incorporate faith development within counseling and academic programs.
• Collaborate with staff to support school improvement and programs.
• Attend faculty meetings and fulfill duties per policy.
