Responsibilities

• Attend Direct Instruction training in the summer.
• Substitute at least 4 days each month school is in session.
• Prepare to teach reading, math, and spelling groups when called.
• Read scripts, make copies, and follow teacher directions.
• Maintain classroom management standards.
• Keep data records in Data Binder and supervise lunch and recess.
• Assist during transitions to and from Art, PE, and groups.
• Report issues to the homeroom teacher or staff when needed.
