Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or higher; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in special education.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; interest in reading great books.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Supports students in small groups or 1:1.
• Assist students with assignments, homework, and projects.
• Adapt materials and provide modifications to help learning material understandings.
• Reinforce classroom rules and expectations.
• Monitor student behavior and implement behavior management strategies.
• Assist with transitions and provide personal care as needed.
• Provide clerical support for the ESS Team and attend trainings.
