Job summary

Grandview School District seeks a part-time paraprofessional to assist in identifying struggling students in grades K-5 and provide small-group support during guided reading and math practice. You will work with 21st Century tutors and site supervisor to implement programming, and participate in related training.

Hours are 3 per day, 4 days per week, salary ranges from $19.25 to $25.27 per hour, with up to two positions available for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Job-related experience desired.
• Must meet paraprofessional minimum qualifications (AA degree, 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits, or pass state paraeducator assessment).

Responsibilities

• Identify struggling students in grades K-5 for small-group reading/math support.
• Assist in administering pre- and post-assessments as appropriate.
• Collaborate with 21st Century tutors and site supervisor to implement programming.
• Participate in training related to program components.
