Job summary

Grandview School District is seeking paraprofessional staff to support K-5 students through small-group reading/math practice and tutorials. You will assist with identifying struggling students, participate in training, and help 21st Century tutors with assessments and program delivery.

Working 4 days per week, 3 hours per day, for the 2026-2027 school year, up to two positions are available. A high school diploma is required, with additional credentials or college credits meeting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Additional paraprofessional credentials or college credits meeting district standards are preferred.
• Job-related experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying struggling students in grades K-5 for small-group support.
• Participate in all training related to the program components.
• Assist 21st Century tutors with administering pre- and post-assessments as appropriate.
• Collaborate with tutors and site supervisor to implement 21st Century programming.
