Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in education from PSC approved college or university.
• Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with strong instructional leadership.
• Proven ability to use student data to guide instruction.

Responsibilities

• Model implementation of QPTS and instructional frameworks.
• Convene coaching sessions with teachers.
• Support curriculum and AKS understanding across grade levels.
• Build relationships with teachers, admins, and staff.
• Coordinate coaching schedules with school leadership.
• Assist teachers with planning, pacing, and data-informed instruction.
• Observe without evaluation and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead professional learning and LSPI-based improvements.
• Submit weekly coaching logs and data requests.
• Attend summer training and instructional rounds.
