Job summary

UCP Pine Hills Campus in Orlando, FL is seeking a K-5th Grade Teacher who will lead an inclusive classroom of 12–22 students. You will implement differentiated instruction aligned with the Danielson Framework and build strong relationships with families to support each student’s needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Elementary Education or ESE, Florida eligibility or certification, and 1–3 years (including internships) of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or ESE is required.
• Florida teaching eligibility or valid certificate required.
• 1-3 years teaching experience preferred, including internship.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Danielson Framework across instruction and classroom practices.
• Use data to personalize instruction and adjust learning experiences.
• Develop and implement IEP goals with the team and monitor progress.
