Southern Avenue Charter School of Academic Excellence seeks a K–5 Certified Educator to deliver high-quality, standards-aligned instruction supporting elementary students’ academic, social, and emotional development. • Valid state teaching certification for Elementary Education (K-5).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of elementary instructional best practices.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ESL, Reading Endorsement, or Special Education certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons aligned to state standards.
• Develop and implement differentiated instruction to meet diverse learners.
• Use data-driven practices to assess progress and adjust instruction.
• Integrate technology and instructional strategies to enhance learning.
• Prepare lesson plans, materials, and assessments timely.
• Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
• Administer formative and summative assessments and analyze data.
• Communicate with families about student progress and classroom updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in PLCs and trainings.
• Support RTI/MTSS processes as needed and adhere to policies.
