Qualifications

• Valid state teaching certification for Elementary Education (K–5).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of elementary instructional best practices.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Master’s degree in Education or related field (preferred).
• Experience working in a charter school setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver standards-based lessons aligned to state standards and school curriculum.
• Develop and implement differentiated instruction to meet diverse learners’ needs.
• Utilize data-driven practices to assess student progress and adjust instruction.
• Integrate technology and instructional strategies to enhance student learning.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments in a timely manner.
