Job summary

The Skola is seeking an Academic Support & Intervention Specialist to deliver targeted literacy and math interventions for K–5 and to oversee The Skola's tutoring program. The role collaborates with teachers, families, and the Director of Education to monitor progress and ensure students receive appropriate support and challenge.

This year-round position combines direct intervention, data-driven support, and tutoring program management, requiring strong organization and a collaborative approach

Qualifications

• Experience delivering targeted literacy and math intervention for elementary students.
• Experience with progress monitoring and data collection.
• Experience coordinating tutoring programs and communicating with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted literacy and math intervention for Kindergarten through 5th Grade.
• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction.
• Maintain caseload of students receiving intervention services; track progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, specialists, and leadership on student goals.
• Coordinate and oversee tutoring program including scheduling, enrollment, and billing data.
