Qualifications

• Currently employed as a teacher in Hackensack Public Schools and holds a valid New Jersey instructional certificate.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of district curriculum, New Jersey Student Learning Standards, and evidence-based instructional practices within the grade span or department served.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze and interpret student achievement data, to guide colleagues in translating findings into instructional next steps.
• Experience with Professional Learning Communities, collaborative planning, or other shared instructional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured data conversations using district protocols.
• Facilitate Professional Learning Communities and collaborative planning.
• Plan and facilitate grade-level meetings for K-4 assignments and PLCs.
• Support MTSS implementation through professional learning and collaboration.
• Prepare agendas, protocols, and professional learning materials for staff.
