Qualifications

• Masters degree from an accredited institution required.
• Valid Indiana School Teaching license.
• Five years of classroom teaching or school counseling in a public school setting.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in reading and math strategies and interventions to raise achievement.
• Lead district-aligned professional development and coach staff on best practices.
• Collaborate with literacy and STEM coordinators to implement the instructional vision.
• Participate in data meetings and analyze school-wide data to guide instruction.
• Develop and maintain records and reports to ensure successful execution of responsibilities.
• Assist with curriculum development and contribute to curriculum mapping activities.
• Support textbook adoption cycles for reading and math materials.
• Support Journey of a Graduate implementation and related initiatives.
