Alpha is hiring a Youth Development Director to coach Guides and students, using performance data, classroom observations, and workshops to achieve measurable improvements.

You will lead coaching sessions for K-3 cohorts, build and refine playbooks, and mentor Guides while shaping a coaching-first culture across campuses. Relocation support is provided; the role offers a six-figure salary and benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with elementary-aged children (5–9).
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including performance management and hiring decisions.
• Experience building, launching, or growing a program or initiative rather than maintaining an existing one.
• Demonstrated success using data and measurable outcomes to improve team or student performance.
• Compelling storytelling and facilitation skills to engage young children and coach adults.

• Deliver coaching to Guides and students using performance data and direct feedback to achieve measurable improvements.
• Facilitate engaging workshops for K-3 students focused on communication, resilience, collaboration, and life skills.
