Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-2+ years of teaching experience (Alabama certification preferred) with a proven record of propelling extraordinary student growth.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 and a desire for growth in a feedback-driven, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach K-3 in a structured, joyful, and academically rigorous environment.
• See real student growth through data-driven instruction.
• Use weekly mastery data and exit tickets to adjust instruction in real time.
• Implement Science of Reading-aligned literacy practices with fidelity.
• Drive at least 1 year of academic growth for all scholars through standards-aligned instruction.
