Job summary

Waypoint Academy in Dripping Springs, Texas is seeking a full‑time Reading Interventionist/Guide to work with K–3 students using AI-powered learning goals. This in‑person role requires a recognized structured‑literacy training or a master's degree in reading, with relocation support possible.

You will spend most of the day guiding students, with brief targeted literacy interventions for gaps, and collaborate with the campus team as schedules and needs change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject is required.
• At least two years teaching reading to K–3 within the last five years.
• Completed recognized structured-literacy training or coursework.
• Willingness to work in person at Waypoint Academy in Dripping Springs, TX.

Responsibilities

• Coach K–3 students through AI-powered core learning and daily goals.
• Build relationships and run a full-day student experience with routines.
• Identify gaps using data and diagnostic checks to tailor instruction.
• Design 15–20 minute structured-literacy interventions for small groups.
• Collaborate with campus team and adapt to changing schedules.
