Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a full-time, on-site Elementary Learning Coach. You will guide K-3 students through app-based learning, diagnose decoding gaps, and lead targeted literacy sessions, ensuring daily goals are met.

You will stay with students through lunch and daily routines, providing data-driven interventions. The role requires 3+ years with children, 2+ years in reading instruction (K-3), and formal structured-literacy training or a master’s in reading.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working directly with children ages 4-9.
• At least 2 years teaching reading in grades K-3 within the last 5 years.
• Completed structured-literacy training or a master’s in reading or literacy.

Responsibilities

• Get every K-3 student to daily learning goals and close reading gaps.
• Lead targeted literacy sessions with two to four students.
• Guide students through app-based learning and campus routines.
