Job summary

Mastery Schools in Philadelphia is seeking a Kindergarten to 2nd grade teacher to build a strong literacy and math foundation. You will deliver 135 minutes of daily literacy using Foundations and CKLA, plus 90 minutes of math with Eureka Math, while supporting social-emotional growth.

Working with school leaders and central office teams, you will receive coaching, participate in professional development, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across our campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a record of achievement.
• Teacher certification – completed or in process.
• Demonstrated expertise in subject area.
• Outstanding instructional skills driven by data and delivered through rigorous strategies.
