Job summary

Crossover is hiring an Esports Coach for Alpha, a hands-on educational program serving K-3 students, with in-person work at the Alpha campus in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, AZ. The role includes coaching Guides, running workshops, and shaping playbooks to scale proven practices.

Relocation support is provided. The position is full-time at $150,000 USD per year, paid weekly. You will own a cohort, directly impact student growth, and stay embedded with your team daily to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
Minimum 5 years working with elementary-aged children (roughly ages 5 to 9).
Experience leading a team of 5 or more people and hiring/removing based on performance.

Responsibilities

Coaching Guides and students using performance data and direct feedback, with measurable goals.
Facilitating one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills.
Running motivation sessions linking goals to progress in academics.
Building and refining playbooks to be repeatable by others.
Training Guides on playbooks and modeling excellence as the team grows.
