Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience desirable.
• Extensive classroom experience in the grades served.
• Passing scores on tests specified by RBA for subject area.
• ABA coursework and statistics coursework desirable; may merit salary increment.
• Physical ability to lift/carry 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure teachers achieve learning goals and instructional methods for each grade level.
• Coordinate assessments, benchmarking, and pacing guides for yearly use.
• Gather observational data with Deans and Administrators to improve delivery.
• Deliver training sessions for Teachers and Assistants; supervise Coaches-in-Training.
• Support curriculum development and delivery improvements with Deans.
