Formación

• Must meet Louisiana certification standards (Bulletin 746).

Responsabilidades

• To provide experiences to remediate handicaps through a total approach involving academics, physical and motor activities, speech and language development, and social skills as part of a nine-month instructional program.
• To develop or update each child’s IEP annually as mandated by IDEA and Louisiana Act 754.
• To maintain attendance, records, and ensure timely reporting to parents and administrators.
• To attend IEP meetings and communicate with parents regarding student progress.
• To supervise and collaborate with a Teacher Aide for effective instructional delivery.
