ReNEW is seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher Case Manager (TCM) for grades K-2 at Schaumburg Elementary in New Orleans East. The role emphasizes co-teaching, adapting lessons, and robust IEP management to support students with exceptionalities.

As part of the school-based support team, you will analyze data, collaborate with educators, and lead IEP meetings as needed, ensuring access to the general curriculum and progress toward learning goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Certification in Special Education preferred.
• Experience developing and managing IEPs and collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and educate students with exceptionalities in K-2.
• Co-teach and adapt lessons to meet individual goals and data-driven targets.
• Manage IEPs and track progress data for student learning goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, leaders, and staff to ensure student success.
• Serve as case manager for special education students and coordinate IEP meetings.
