Job summary

Eugene School District 4J seeks a full-time Technology Supervisor to oversee site-based TSS staff in K-12 schools. You will supervise performance, assist with evaluations, and provide technical input for complex issues, guiding project implementations with principals and staff.

Role requires overseeing devices and classroom tech, mentoring TSS teams, and collaborating on standards, policies, and procedures to support district technology functions.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Three years of progressive experience in the responsible area of assignment.
• Experience with technology in teaching and learning, and OS interoperability for PC and Mac.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site-based Technology Support Specialist staff and support evaluations.
• Develop technical standards, policies, and procedures for district technology functions.
• Assist with hardware/software deployments and project implementations.
• Provide mentoring and training to TSS staff and collaborate with principals.
• Coordinate device deployment and transport between district locations.
