Job summary

Center for Teacher Effectiveness (Time To Teach) seeks experienced educators to train teachers as independent contractors. Short version: we train teachers, we have been at it since 1993, and we need more trainers.

Longer version: the Center for Teacher Effectiveness (Time To Teach) delivers professional development that more than 400,000 educators in all 50 states have now completed. Schools keep booking. We keep needing credible educators to stand and deliver.

You would be a contractor, not an employee. You would present our fully built sessions on classroom management, engagement, and instruction, in your region and beyond. You would set your own availability, and if you currently work in a school, you would not have to leave it.

Pay is commission based and straightforward: $1,000 is the floor for a training day, not the ceiling. Take more engagements, earn more. Take fewer, earn less.

What we need from you: real classroom or school leadership experience, a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field, and the ability to make a roomful of tired teachers glad they came.
