Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This remote-friendly independent contractor role fits around a full-time job or retirement, with no quotas and ready-to-use materials provided.

You’ll train teachers nationwide, using your real-world experience to strengthen classroom practices. Certification is provided and you control your workload while contributing real impact.

Competenze

• Comfortable presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.

Job Description

Time To Teach is adding to our national team of trainers, and we are looking for experienced K-12 educators to deliver the classroom management and student engagement training we have been refining since 1993. More than 400,000 educators in all 50 states have been through this training, with content that traces its roots to the work of Dr. Madeline Hunter and Coach John Wooden at UCLA. The content is proven. The materials are done. What we need is the right person standing in front of the room.

This is flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor work built to fit around a full-time job, a family, or a retirement you are actually enjoying. No quotas. No curriculum to write. No business to build from scratch. You bring the classroom experience and the credibility. We bring everything else.

What the Work Looks Like:

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve

The Fine Print:
