Scoot Education is seeking substitute teachers and classroom staff to support students with guidance from dedicated Scoot consultants. You will be connected to school assignments aligned with your skills, with ongoing 1:1 check-ins, training opportunities, and career planning.

Being hired as a W-2 employee, you’ll receive daily pay, direct deposit, and paid training. Background checks are reimbursed, and a referral program offers incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, associate's degree or college credits required.
• Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor.
• State & federal background checks required.
• TB risk assessment or test required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support students in the classroom, playground, or cafeteria.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions following lesson plans.
• Communicate clearly with school staff.
• Leave brief notes or feedback for the returning teacher.
• Observe and communicate across varied environments.
