Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and logistical coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Proficiency with technology systems and databases.
• Knowledge/experience with teaching in a K-12 setting preferred.
• Scheduling/administrative coordination in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate substitute coverage for same-day and short-notice absences across divisions.
• Contact and schedule substitute teachers for open assignments.
• Maintain daily awareness of coverage needs across divisions.
• Coordinate substitute placement across Lower School, Middle School, and High School as appropriate.
• Monitor substitute activity and coverage trends; prepare periodic reports.
