Job summary

Venbrook is seeking an experienced Client Services professional to independently manage a designated book of business for school clients. You will respond to inquiries within 24 business hours and coordinate with the Client Executive to ensure high-quality service.

Familiarity with insurance products, claims, and billing is essential. In this role, you will maintain client files in Salesforce and AMS360, support enrollment portals, and explore opportunities to cross-sell within the portfolio

Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5 years of account management experience in the insurance industry.
Willing to work Pacific Time business hours regardless of home location.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to address complex issues clearly.
Significant attention to detail and ability to handle escalations with schools and institutions.

Responsibilities

Independently service a designated book of business, developing strong relationships with school clients and responding to inquiries within 24 business hours.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the program staff at each institution, coordinating with the Client Executive.
Manage day-to-day client servicing, including inquiries about insurance products, policies, benefits, claims, and billing.
Maintain client files in Salesforce and AMS360, ensure data accuracy and compliance standards.
Support enrollment portals and cross-sell other portfolio products where applicable.
