• Build positive relationships with students to boost motivation and sense of belonging.
• Monitor class attendance and engagement; follow up with disengaged learners.
• Collaborate with teachers to design and implement remediation aligned to curriculum.
• Maintain confidential records of interactions and supports in school systems.
