Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy in K-12 settings in Austin, TX. You will assess, plan, and deliver direct services to supportStudent communication and access to education, collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes developing treatment plans aligned with IEP goals, maintaining documentation, and supervising SLPAs as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of service or eligibility
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable)
