Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Austin, TX. You will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-12 students, align services with IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to maximize student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of service (or eligibility)
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and functioning level
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team
• Provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in reviews
• Consult with teachers and families to support skill generalization
• Maintain therapy notes, data, and progress records
• Supervise SLPAs and monitor supervision hours when applicable
