Job summary

Point Quest Group, Austin, TX, is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy to K-12 students in school settings. You will conduct formal assessments, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and deliver direct services to improve communication while collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires current Texas SLP license or eligibility, DOJ/FBI background check, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in TX or eligibility.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Knowledge of IEP goals and school-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and functioning level.
• Develop and coordinate IEP-aligned treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct speech therapy services to improve communication skills.
• Complete and maintain IEPs; participate in annual/triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support skill generalization.
• Maintain therapy notes, data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise SLPAs and monitor supervision hours if applicable.
