Job summary

Cleveland Hill UFSD is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language services to PreK–12 students under IEPs. Responsibilities include evaluations, screenings, goal development, therapy delivery, progress monitoring, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

Provide speech and language therapy services to students as mandated on their IEPs.
Conduct speech-language screenings and evaluations to determine eligibility for services.
Develop measurable goals and objectives aligned with students’ IEPs.
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress monitoring, and service logs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with families, educators, administrators, and related service providers to support students’ communication needs.
Participate in Committee on Special Education (CSE), or Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) meetings and provide professional recommendations.
Communicate progress with parents/guardians regarding student progress and strategies to support communication skills.
Maintain confidentiality of student information in accordance with applicable laws and district policy.
